We like all things heavenly around here, and yummy baking is definitely one of them, so we thought we would share with you our favourite, heavenly recipes!!

TRIPLE CHOCOLATE COOKIES

Treat yourself to some triple chocolate cookies, with this easy, never fail recipe. MaKes a large batch, so we suggest that you put them in the freezer (if they make it that far) in a large snaplock bag, then you can get them out as required. Be warned: they are very easy to eat!

Ingredients:

3/4 cup raw sugar

3/4 cup brown sugar

2 eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup butter

2 1/2 cups standard flour

1 tsp salt

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp baking powder

3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

3/4 cup milk chocolate drops

3/4 cup white chocolate buttons

Preheat oven to 175oC (350F). In medium bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda and baking powder. Stir with fork so all ingreditents are mixed.

In large bowl, combine sugars and butter. Mix until smooth. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth and fluffy.

Add one cup of dry ingredients to butter mixture until all is incorporated. Drop cookies onto baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 10 - 15 mins or until edges are golden brown. Try not to eat them all at once!!
